The company is currently building out its distribution channel through revenue-sharing agreements with owner-operator of cannabis dispensaries to ensure it's products get premium shelf space. There has been a suggestion that there may be a small amount of cash to distribute, both my management and the contributors to this board.

I'm not holding my breath - I am pretty convinced that whatever funds are left at this point will be used to pay salaries (needlessly) to Heath and whoever else is left to collect a pay check.

I would suggest at best it'll be $0.005 per share - not insignificant for some of the larger shareholders on this board, but like I said, I think it is extremely optimistic to think that there will be a distribution.

This potential for a distribution, and the potential tax loss provisions are the only thing that gives your VCAN shares any intrinsic value at this point.
