Does anyone know if reporting rules change when a company is halted? Under normal circumstances quarterly filing have to be filed within 45 days of Q1/Q2/Q3. Going by that the Q3 filings should have been filed on Monday, which was yesterday. And does anyone have any idea when we will be reinstated? We filed everything we needed to remove the halt on November 2. Obviously there's a review process but what's taking so long?
