Probably bent a bit. For "broken" that would be up for a judge to decide...not worth it. You know they don't have 900 millions to spare.right? That's why the deal is 100% no cash. As an investor I am happy that the new Super Cenovusky will be the 3rd biggest canadian Oil company. Let's go to the top!
