RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Who is Level Up Infusions Ltd.????Personally, I am not frustrated at all with Tinley. There were delays, and in my opinion, outside the control of management. Tinley has built an amazing facality, brought products to 2 major grocery chains, and Bevmo. Ready to ship their THC line to dispensaries in Cali, soon to be in Canada. Tinley will have beaten every THC beverage I know of to be in both Canada and the US. Also in a position to co-pack with client's. Management has been truthful and transparent, end of story. Their timelines might be off, again outside of their control, but they accomplish what they set out to do. People are wanting sales numbers for Ralph's and Costco, but it has only been a week, so stop micromanaging Jeff and Rick and let them do their job. Personally, I will continue to hold and wait to see this company strive in a competitive market. If anyone wants to compare so of the other beverage companies in the space please feel free. Look at Sproutly, teamed up with a large beverage company to develop a beverage and sell it but has not released any news for a year.... Aphria's investor deck stated beverage partnership "coming soon" roughly 1.5 years ago and still nothing. Some other large companies still have flavour issues with their beverages. Lots of companies if an investor is unhappy to go pursue in the beverage space.

Jeff gave away a pile of SOs a couple weeks back at .37, .04 below trading value, to a fellow whose main job it is to give handshake introductions to new money. We keep hearing there are no cash problems, yet every year the shares become more and more dliuted, and giving them away for less than they are trading for on the public market, well it sends the wrong message.
That is when I began losing faith and checked on product on shelves. Do you really think there is something wrong with wanting to know if product is moving? As you point out the laws are different in California and there is no record of income until payment is received. So investors needs something to see that product is occupying shelves, leaving shelves, then being replenished on the same shelves.
This board is supposed to be about opinions, but I thought it was also about sharing information. Someone asked a legitimate question about Level Up. I shared what I learned, and now the thread has dissolved to name calling.
How old and frightened are you?
You like some, you don't like some. Move on.
Have a nice day.
