Auxly Ottawa Inc. holds licenses for cultivation and processing and conducts the Company’s primary dried flower and pre-roll manufacturing.

Maybe so, but the company does have a value associated with it and he believes it to be $0.40 where the stock is trading now.

There are headwinds here with liquidity. That story hasn't changed. As I said after Q2, they need sales to ramp up big time in Q3 and Q4, which the analyst believes to not be the case.
