I will let you know what i make of it. The stimulus measures and regulations set out by the Quebec government are a pre cursor to many contract announcements forthcoming for both equipment and build own operate. It will also enable XBC to bring forth its hydrogen strategy most likely with a focus on the abundence of hydro and natural gas assets in Quebec and Alberta. Add to this the Chinese JV focus on hydrogen and there is a rerate to a hydrogen multiple coming on this name. Add a TSX listing, and bring on a whole new institutional audience. Talk about GRN all you want but XBC is lightyears ahead on many fronts including international presence. I agree with TT - there is another double here and it may not be too far away.
