Spectral Medical Inc. is a Canada-based late-stage theragnostic company advancing therapeutic options for sepsis and septic shock. A follow-up to your posts in Sept ...if I may...

Why would they be motivated to sell-off Dialco for "a thin dime"?

Or as you say in a subsequent post that Dialco will be "kidnapped" from us?

What would be the logic of allowing that to happen hmmmmmm ?

Especially when the only two competitors command a price of $ 2B, albeit a few years ahead on sales and FDA (nome use) approval?

Might they be trying to position Dialco as a serious competitor in this market, once approval happens?  While they can try to "go it alone" isn't the more logical route an IPO spin-out or a DA?  versus giving it away for a dime after 5-7 yeears of development effort?  In a market that suggest much higher need going forward?
