To be fair a month ago he predicted .35c, which represent 42% boost of his valuation. If you relatively new to the board, once he predicted s/p around $200 with $400 of fair valuation. He owed shares and had different intention at that time.
Still, overall, it is like predicting DJ beteween 800 and 300,000 in 2021, and if it will hit 30,000 you can claim personal ingenuity...

Of course, anything could happen from nuclear war to contact with aliens (who really, really need lithium), it is nice to stay within some reasonable limits, apparently it is not so easy...
