EGRIFTA SV (tesamorelin for injection) is approved in the United States for the reduction of excess abdominal fat in people with HIV who have lipodystrophy.

Potential partnerships

You have a Knight Therapuetics located less than a mile from Thera in Montreal. Knight is constantly looking for for products to license for some of the smaller markets like Canada, Latin America, the middle east and others. They are also sitting on close to $400M in cash. Seems like a good fit for licensing one or more of Theras current or future drugs in a smaller market.
