RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Torion shareholdersPlease feel free to post the Sedar document outlining what you have just claimed in your post regarding funding. Just post the document. Very simple. Either there is a written agreement outlining what THRM shareholders like myself will be receiving for giving up 50% of the asset or there is no such document...and therefore your post is misleading to potential investors.
What is the funding 'arrangement' you are claiming? glta

Rob Fia, CEO of Therma Bright commented, "By creating Torion, Therma Bright will own a significant percentage of the venture and the future commercial sales of CoviSafe™. Our capacity, through our partners, will enable us to manufacture pilot test kits for feasibility and research purposes very quickly.
It is quite obvious those making up the other 50% have and are providing the funds to carry this through testing and then on to production. Therma Bright certainly didn't have the capital to do this. The money had to come from somewhere .....so no, they didn't acquire 50% for free. What a ridiculous assumption. In fact it's a positive that Rob Fia was able to find interested investors in what you seem to claim is a dubious project. I expect the hundreds of thousands of dollars they would have invested to bring this to production suggests they think CoviSafe is a sure bet.

****Notice the company has still not released their test results,in-vitro or otherwise...
