They were willing to sell 3,000,000 shares at .145 in oct knowing full well Q1 results. There seems to never be enough cash and safety for these companies which makes sense for self preservation. Based on the Q results.and cash position of the company there does not seem to be a need for the ATM. They should cancel it...until.then there is no incentive for serious money to flow into the commons ..in fact there is incentive to strategically utilize millions of shares in downticking and other shorting strategies in order to pick up a multiple of those on the ATM. In addition, for option issuing and insider buying the atm makes sense too
