Common,SB  management with Jaguar Mining ( Eric Sprott is a major shareholder in Jag) and privately held Jerrit Caynon ( A Eric Sprott Company)

Common SB Directors with Jag and Jerrit

Common Shareholders, Sprott via Jerrit and Coast Capital who funded Jag...

Sprott is a smart man..and he invested in Sb through Jerrit... and the rreason he did this is to expand jerrits reserves.. which it looks like SB has both in the Yukon and in New Brunswick
