RE:RE:Terry Booth Shareholders have voted and Booth et al now control the company. Your right with respect to Booth's historical accomplishment however that success has been mired by 'time'.

If Booth can pull this off, I think any past legacy implications will be eradicated and he will be the talk of the industry yet again. If he doesn't, obviously the reverse, a significant risk he has chosen to confront. That...deserves credit.  

With AUSA, it will be far more difficult than it was with ACB, the headwinds enormous.
