Not having their financials cannot know how much real cash they hold in hand. Google cash in hand 35.03Billion KRW or $31,527,000 USD (Dec 2019)

Their share price dropped precipitously from 7350 KRW Aug 13, 2020, to 3,085 KRW Aug 21, 2020. I don't know what to make of this. 
Their 52 week high 7,370 KRW.
Their 52 week low  1,145 KRW.

For example, if we are to convert the entire $300M to common shares of OncoQuest (Dual) based on the agreement, this comes to a total of 111,894,266 common shares. Not sure what to make of this when their outstanding shares based on today's MC (according to Google) is 78,725,255 common shares. 
 
I don't know if you did your own exercises to determine OncoQuest (Dual) financial viability.
