Unless the market anticipates that the combined entity will be re-rated, in part ,as a result of the new LSE listing (i.e higher value due to more liquidity and demand for shares). But also it could rise relative to other top 100 stocks, if gold miners in general, out prerfom other sectors within the next 6 months. (both of which are likely IMO)
And finally, it would appear that the combined entity stacks up very favourably as one of the more "undervalued " gold miners when looking at a variety of metrics...so if it "re-rates" within the gold sector itself, that will also add to it's value/MC, which very well could comfortably place it within the top 100.
In other words, it'll be a self fulfilling prophecy.
