I seem to recall that Novo did report carrying out some sorting trials on the nuggety oxide ore from their deposits near BC in the dim and distant past, which had promising results. As I understand it, this is the same ore that they are now planning to use as feedstock to the BC mill.
I'm not sure if using a higher gold content feed would provide both extra output at BC (with limited loss of gold) as well as reduced processing costs.
I'm also not sure of how the rules on disclosure work. Not mentioned as important by Novo to date in recent RNSs
