I spoke to IR about the BevCanna deal, and they confirmed that nothing has changed, the deal is still in effect. Here are a few important excerpts from their reply:

"...While it is impressive the level of DD they did in order to come to that conclusion, nothing has changed with the deal."

"...the comments on our Rapid Technology by OILS™ is objectively inaccurate. The technology was tested in 2018 and validated by ourselves and a 3^rd party lab in 2019. Not sure where the 70’s reference comes from. "

"...We anticipate that when they [BevCanna] do bring product market, they will be doing so with ingredients from us."

So OILS still has the deal with BevCanna and when they do get products to market, it will be with our molecules. Their technology is in fact new, not some recycled 70's tech. I was concerned so I reached out to Jason at IR, and I encourage everyone else to do the same when you hear something that just doesn't sound quite right.
