RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Bet you KL is buying back todayBossu, agree with you on all points raised. Detour has done well for KL's bottom line and potential for increased grade and resources is quite significant because of the recent deal KL made with Wallbridge: https://wallbridgemining.com/news/wallbridge-enters-into-term-sheet-with-kirkland-lake-gold-on-joint-venture-of-the-detour-east-property/
Macassa's SMC has potential to become "another Swan-like deposit" based on recent drill results there. So much of Macassa's upside will need to wait on the current work underway at Macassa which will increase ventillation and thus productivity, access to current and new resources, and will open up the mine to more possibilities.
Fosterville still has fantastic grades and potential for more is there. Like sprinkling diamonds in a haystack: you don't know where exactly they are but when you find one you realize its been worth the effort to look.
The safe jurisdictions of Canada and Australia is another bonus in reducing confiscation risk....I'm still smarting from having a great project expropriated in Bolivia years ago simply for political reasons. KL has a great future IMHO. I'm not an in and out swing trader but invest for the longer term and take out some capital gains profits every year. This year I took some extra early prior to US election price gyrations....and that was some good advice received here and elsewhere. As long as KL produces cash flow like they have in recent years, I'm happy to be here.
