The operations are performing at record levels for revenue, cash flow and profits. Each quarterly report is better than the last. I have no concerns that sonny is a great at running the business.

This deal means that there is no more short term debt. This is a strong foundation to grow off of. The news release said there is a non dilutive debt deal company. This money is going to turbo charge growth. Watch them start rapid expansion in Nevada by adding to their vertically integrated end to end business.
