This system is BROKEN. Shareholders should be TOP priority, then comes the Company. It's shareholders that give life to the company.
Of course, I could have read the case wrong. I'm tired, I just skimmed it, and I'm no lawyer. Besides, my English is poor.
Anyways, all just my opinion, undertanding.
