You know what, it would good for the company to isssue 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 additional husky shares at $0.01 each.     

I wound what existing shareholders will say???    What the judge will say??... It's ok, it's good for the company???

This system is BROKEN.     Shareholders should be TOP priority, then comes the Company.   It's shareholders that give life to the company.    

Of course, I could have read the case wrong.   I'm tired, I just skimmed it, and I'm no lawyer. Besides, my English is poor.

Anyways, all just my opinion, undertanding.
