RE:Congrats !!! Changing of the Guards & LeadershipHold the celebration. The facts and reality on the ground haven't changed. The company is in dire, that's an understatement, financial situation. Hugely indebted relative to its size and earning capacity and will immediately require a significant cash infusion. No idea where the cash may come from but either way more dilution for existing shareholders. Anyway we'll soon find out the true state of affairs. Just 2 more weeks to go until they file q3 results.
