RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:What Law allows the companies to over-ride the Contract TermWait, maybe I read that wrong.   In the end it said Judge's order set aside and company directed to make an offer to the Preferreds at basically PREMIUM prices.  

Preferreds WIN. !!!
