RE:RE:Merger Possibilities

RE:RE:Merger PossibilitiesPatience, i figure math was not your strong suite. My concern with the acquisition proposal is that we have already too many shares outstanding and cant afford more. Sure, reverse split and all this jazz which rarely works out well. And the second issue with Trevor's opinion is that je is sacrificing management positions as it is costing us! Nope, management will not make moves that will cost them jobs. I saw some material on Proctor and targeting the $100 million revenue level? Well, Mr. Proctor, when you say stuff like that, folk are not thinking 15, 20 year horizon but closer to 5 in today's fast paced world. You need to get going much, much faster because 5% organic growth on $20 million will not cut it. If you are not the man for it, make the right decision.

When MTLO acquired GSX 6 months ago, I recall them saying on the conf call that GSX had been showing flat annual growth. How's that for organic growth that all of you were scared about when the numbers were released? Thanks for the cheap stock :)
