MGX M Legal Team: Get your act together !!!The judge in BC ordered MGX M to hold a AGM before Nov. 29, 2020. This cannot be done, as in a contested AGM the meet must be held in public, in person, with over sight, ( accounting firm to check and show the correct number of votes), in a venue large enough to accommodate a large group of people. (over 50 persons possibly over 200 persons).
To make this fly in the Court of BC. What the company must do, is show good faith. This is done by calling a list of venues suitable for the large AGM and ask to rent space. The venue will say no they cannot rent the space or hold a meeting as covid19 rules prohibite this number of people gathering in a public meeting.
The legal team working for MGX M know they have to show good faith, any new lawyer called to the bar knows this basic law convention. The legal team did not even bother to do this. What is the reason why?
Simple this case is going to the Supreme court of Canada, and the legal team is not even trying at the lower court level.
This case is going to go on for years if the silent majority do not speak ujp. Call the MGX M public relations person at Kingsdale and agree to sign a petition to stop this court action in BC.
