Ive done a little research but am a little confused as to the quickest way of getting this done, as I have until november 27th. I'm in Alberta Canada, and would appreciate and advice that lets me gets these before the deadline.

In my research I read this:
"The rights offering notice and accompanying rights certificate will be mailed to each shareholder of GBRC resident in the provinces and territories of Canada (the "Eligible Jurisdictions") as at the record date." from Here

But I never had anything arrive in the mail.  I'm doing well with my investments, have done this for a few years, but have not come across this yet.  Thanks for your help.
