RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:3rd quarter results100% you are correct. A company with no income is a going concern. Always has been and always will be, they have to rely on debt or equity to raise cash and that is never a guarentee. 

A company with no income and no assets to leverage is a "real" going concern in my humble opinion. I am not worried with Aquila.
