That might be a more rewarding, less frustrating thing to do. I mean, you just noted that insiders somehow got their hands on 14 million shares at gross value of nothing. Doesn't that establish the actual value per share at... nothing? And then there's Mr. Reality Czech's appraisal of the state of this company's financials, which, in summary, really, really suck. I would wait for the last quarter's report to come out before looking under the cushions for some coins to invest in this, ah, company.
Fair enough.
I have a feeling the shares could have been transferred or gifted from the accounts of the 'Concerened Shareholders' wives who also held shares personally. Not sure how it's possible to just accumulate shares for zero unless they were gifted or transferred at arm's length.
So you think these folks are spending money on meetings and materials out of their own pockets, taking on board and management positions so they can watch their over 60 million shares turn into ash? Come on.
Maybe I'm naive, who knows but I suspect they will support the stock at 1/2 cent and look at doing an RTO with a fintech company like the Varipay deall that fell through 2 months ago. Even with declining business this has value just for it's active listing at the very least.
