Brainer, I agree with you that companies will do what is required by law etc. concerning their responsibility but I figured it must be mentioned. I also want people to know that it is incredibly rare for a company to have a spin out three months after listed itself! I believe one reason for having a spin out so soon is to speed up this massive land package. By this time next year or maybe sooner, you won't believe what you have invested in.
