What do a lot of smart investors do? They buy in only in a confirmed uptrend...which we have not seen in a while. Today was a huge day on the TA side as it’s the first day of a breakout.
Two-three more trading days above 3.90 will set up Thursday’s Halt just perfect for a serious uptrend.
