management I would like to react to rainmaker11 comments about the management that you are absolutely
wrong about them, they have one of the best teams I have worked with in my mining career and most certaintly they are going in the right direction to make this one of the most successful mining companies and I get to see it unfold with my own eyes. They have the most committed management team I have ever worked with in my 40 year career putting employees first in safety,training,and acknowledgement of there great work helping out there company in everyway and and they are out there under the same conditions by leading by example.They have risen to the tough challenges that the covid 19 has brought upon us all in this country and the management
team keeps working and striving to be better in all aspects of there leadership.And of course the great workforce that is out there going above and beyond with these tough conditions by being away from family and loved ones because of covid19 your hard work has been greatly appreciated
and Im sure your family is proud of you as much as the management team with your great effort.
