RE:RE:RE:You can do your part! PROMOTE KNRSo here is my take guys and this is with my limited exposure to the manufacturing sector. This is a new product launch and at a time of Covid when supply of components and prices are fluctuating due to everyone running out of materials. We are getting a pool in the spring and there is a shortage of steel and cement and we paid a 30% premium from last year. Just go to your local Home Depot and check out the price increases on wood.
Until they lock down and finalize supply agreements etc and finalize costs and volume pricing on those with all the suppliers, they can't really accept orders. That will finalize pricing and what they can sell it for when they get larger bulk orders of say 500 or 1000 units or more... otherwise it's too risky.
We haven't seen that announcement yet on locked down contract manufacturing and supply agreements. Once that's locked down, hopefully next week, I think we start to see the orders but I think that comes first or maybe even at the same time.
Would be nice to hear the perspective of someone who is in this field and has been involved in a product launch to get a better perspective as my exposure is limited but this is my view from my limited exposure.
