The Gran Pilar Gold Project is located approximately 130 kilometers (km) southeast of the capital of Sonora, Hermosillo. The property consists of two concessions, the Guadalupana concession and La Sonora concession, totaling approximately 2,278 hectares (ha). The El Picacho Gold-Silver property is interpreted as an orogenic gold system within the regional Caborca Orogenic Gold Belt. The project is 140 km north of Hermosillo and totals 24 square kilometers (km2). The property consists of 12 mining concessions totaling 2,395 ha.
