RE:RE:RE:why insider Jason keeps sellingAs just one interpretation, VueC, perhaps he believes he'll be avg'ing up - a sign of confidence in the future health of the company (and SP trajectory)?? It's not a fire sale, he'll continue to maintain a significant stake in the company after the designated sale of these shares.
This, the share buy backs; the sustained low interest rates that could generate a meaningful increase in mortgage refinancing; the diaspora of newly minted work-at-home people selling smaller urban core homes to buy a larger one in a bedroom community/rural area; and, the current increased urban rental vacancy rate in cities like New York, Toronto, etc. leading some, possibly quite a few, investors in MURB's to list some or all of their units for sale.
All appear to be drivers to sustained/increased business for this company, which continues to sign-up new lenders in U.S. appraisal & title. There's also the talk of monetizing the data they can mine from these activities.
