Peter's favourite saying...Slow is smooth, smooth is fast...Worth reading this Synopsis

We will now be looked at by analysts that will start asking some very specific questions, the answers to which may come as a bit of a surprise.

Here are few of that I think Peter will have to field.

- Now we know the approximate timeline for the installation of the Drosrite furnace at Ma'Aden's aluminum smelter - approximately two years.

- Peter first 'teased' the sale in April, 2019. News Release

- Are there more slaes in the works, and if so, will fulfillment of the PO take equally as long?
- Are the Japanese partners still actively engaged in marketing the systems?
- Will sales be in the form of 'tolling' or leasing, as mentioned in past public statements?

- As to 'PureVap Waste Destruction'...other than for new build nuclear aircraft carriers...one, maybe two per decade...the municipal waste industry seems to be getting taken over by the likes of Xebec, Greenlane, Chevron, Brightmark

- PYR's foray seems to have come to an end in that vertical with this NR October 2019

There has been no update on the status of that failed contract, or new business in that vertical in a year. Is PYR still actively engaging with municipal governments and or partner-sellers for that business?

- The recent deal with HPQ on September 03, 2020 was done at a 50% premium to the market on HPQ at the time. Were your shareholders well served by that transaction, since HPQ is currently 15% below the placement price?

- At what stage is the Additive Powder manufacturing facility and when do you expect first revenues?
- Are you still planning a 'spin-out' of that business as per the Board authorization of Apr 16, 2019? That was the same Board meeting that authorized an 'uplisting' of PYR to the TSX, which is now done.
- How soon can we expect to see the AM busines become a stand alone entity?

-Interest in torches for induration furnaces in the iron ore pellet industry surfaced this past summer.
Do you expect the timeline to finalize negotiations, manufacturing and installatiuon of these torches to follow a similar timeline as what was experienced with the first 'Drosrite' sale..and the only one so far?
..............................

With apologies to the unababshed Bulls and Pumpers on this Board...

I expect any serious 'Analyst' that goes over the progress of the company in the last 2 years will have a decidedly more toned down and hard balled approach to getting a 'read' on the short, medium, and long range prognosis for PYR than what George was scripted to ask on Agoracom.

Welcome to the Big Leagues...
