I agree I am surprised the SP didn't go up more on this great news. The company has solved the short term debt problem that people have been concerned about including me. This also not a fire sale dilutive deal.  Do you see anything priced below the current share price?

This deal sets up the company for next stage which is growth. Read this article below. Bruce tells you what the company is going to do. Get a non dilutive debt deal in place and expand. Your patience like mine will be rewarded
