RE:Yielding 8% +++Shorts are doing anything but winning.  This stock has been slowly moving up for weeks.Two months ago the dividend was 10%..The company has an excellent reputation for seeing value
in depressed assests and I don't think we will see this change any time soon.  When I see an analyst downgrading or low balling a stock of this quality, I suspect they are short selling. There will be ups and downs but once we see the end of the Covid scare, things are going to get better and fast.
