Theralase Technologies Inc. is a Canada-based clinical-stage pharmaceutical company. The Company is engaged in the research and development of light activated compounds and their associated drug formulations. The Company operates through two divisions: Anti-Cancer Therapy (ACT) and Cool Laser Therapy (CLT). The Company develops products both internally and using the assistance of specialist external resources.

This video is Falun Gong propaganda. They have an axe to grind with the Communist Party in China, so they threw their hat in with Trump and Russia.
You can tell it's a bucket of lies because she says, "I don't want to get into the details of these "fact checks" because that is not the purpose of today's program..." Uh, since when is fact-checking not the purpose of a news program...?
Since the program's purpose is spreading lies and propaganda to de-stabilize the free world and drag them into a "neo-Cold War" argument.

The courts, the press and the public still have educated, informed people among them and your manipulative little mind-tricks won't work against us.
