Its Clayton Valley Project in the Clayton Valley of central Nevada for the exploration and development of lithium resources, comprises 950 claims over 23,360 acres (9,450 hectares). In addition, the Company is focused on new processing technologies for lithium through its collaboration with global multinational technology partners such as Tenova Advanced Technologies, at the process testing, engineering, and design stage on the Clayton Valley Project.

This rollback could be a good thing; it is easier to issue more equity with stock at $0.70/share then at $0.12 because it attracts more established investors. Also, some institutional buyers would not even look at $0.12 stock. Additionally, sociologically ‘penny’ stock has a stigma of not being associated with ‘serious’ play/project.
