Off topic, PSEC is. This IS a strange one. The dividend is monthly. Loved the extra cash each month that accumulated faster than the SP diminished. Seemed bullet proof back in 2000 and insiders NEVER sold a share! I see in the past few years insiders ONLY buy! Very strange. Perhaps there is another like this but I haven't come across one where execs only buy shares, no selling. Maybe it is a condition of employment. I sold it some time ago, kinda fun thinking back about that one. A good memory for me...
