Looks like shorts knew what was coming

Looks like shorts knew what was coming
No wonder the shorts exited Caldas these past weeks.  With all these companies and new players involved in the deal, there had to be dozens and dozens
of players involved in putting together this transaction.  Looks to me like Gran Colombia gave up 10% of its ownership in Caldas so it wouldn't
have to drive the bus itself.  Added a bundle of cash for Caldas,  Gran Colombia Management did better than OK, while the jury is out how this will impact retail Gran Colombia
investors.  Caldas shareholders got more dilution for a big cash infusion into the company and what looks like a lot of new experienced and most likely more
energized Management.   Friday is the ex-dividend date for Gran Columbia.
