REV for baked goods

REV for baked goods While it may be a little too early to predict where it will go, it is refreshing to learn that Enwave is entering a new market to keep baked goods fresh.  

Dried fruits, cheese, cannabis, baked goods, possibly pharmaceuticals, and who knows what else, this technology has interesting possibilities.
