Energy Oil & Gas Midstream

Enbridge Inc. is an energy transportation and distribution company. The Company operates through five business segments: Liquids Pipelines, Gas Transmission and Midstream, Gas Distribution and Storage, Renewable Power Generation, and Energy Services. Liquids Pipelines consists of pipelines and terminals in Canada and the United States that transport and export various grades of crude oil and other liquid hydrocarbons. Gas Transmission and Midstream consists of its investments in natural gas pipelines and gathering and processing facilities in Canada and the United States. Gas Distribution and Storage consists of its natural gas utility operations. Renewable Power Generation consists of investments in wind and solar assets, geothermal, waste heat recovery, and transmission assets. Energy Services provides physical commodity marketing, logistics services, and energy marketing services. The Company owns Aitken Creek Gas Storage facility and Aitken Creek North Gas Storage facility.

My Dad taught me a ton and I still use many of his sayings. One of his goals was to try and make things better for his 6 kids. He succeeded in flying colours.

It is a crying shame that so many of the millennial generation are so incredibly me first. The world is going to h*ll in a hand basket. (but that's a discussion for another time - this is a day to remember all the brave soldiers)

Today as all here know is Nov 11th.. a time for reflection....

My Dad was born in 2014...our family were famers and during the Great Depression they lost EVERYTHING..their farm..along with my Father's brothers..was foreclosed by the Banks..the people who got the farms...got it by simply agreeing to pay the mortage payments on the farm..cost them nothing in terms of capital investment

In 1942...my Father enlisted in WW II as a pilot..in training. After training he was put on a ship in a convoy to go across the North Atlantic ...part of the convoy were destroy ships to protect them from German U2 Boats (submarines...a new technology at the time). He arrived in Northern Scotland and was trsansported to England where he was assigned to a Lancaster Bomber unit to bomb the Sheet out of the Nazis...thankfully the brave fighter pilots assigned to protect him (and others) were very good and saved his bacon. In a Lancaster he was a "sitting duck" to Nazi fighter pilots.

While he was there protecting what we have now and the Freedom we have now and often take for granted... I was born....

A very different time from what we have now in spite of the scourges of COVID

For the "youngings" on this Board....what were are experiencing now with COVID is nothing compared to the BRAVERY of the generations before us..

Take a moment..if you haven' t already and think about what these people sacrificed so we can live as we do today
