Yes, that abouts sums it up . The company has not enough funds to do Hummington ( so why dont they recall that loan ? ) They cant get finanncing, they already tried that . (They have too many shares already out . ) The only thing I can see in Matica future is delisting or a reverse split . The money has already been made in the dope stocks .
