All you need to know
Stan Bharti is involved.
Canaccord has lately taken to putting out some research notes on AGG. As usual, sounds pretty good. However, in glancing thru some of the posts here, noticed a reference to Stan being at the trough.
I see from note 8 in the Q3 financials that the company rolled back its stock 1 for 7.5 in April 2019. So, shares outstanding went from 361 million to 48 million. Now, you have 149 million outstanding at Sept 2020. I don't have the time to waste in toting up the potential dilution of 2 pages and more of financings the company has done in the last 18 months or so.
I don't know if AGG will ever have an economic and worthwhile orebody, but IF in the fullness of time it turns out they do, you can rest assured there will be well over 3/4 of a BILLION shares to share very modest rewards. Perhaps one and a quarter billion. That you can take to the bank of your choice.
