The Company’s investment adviser is Merk Investments LLC.

I agree with what you are saying Benedictus. When I was listening to the presentation I did a double-take when they said they were nonchalant on gaining EU certification. Why limit your market potential? But I also understand not forcing the situation just to please shareholders and maintaining integrity to follow a business plan.
