RE:RE:Micron Technology vs Innovative memory--Settle or winable/Thanks Cabb for information.  I will follow up case early next year for update.


With victory in US Court of Appels Federal Curcuit  Sept 2019 it looks very favourable for case for damages for 9 years.  Cabbie if i am correct in thinking we have a favourable Markman decision or Judge would not have scheduled a dec13 2021 date. A Markman decision if I am correct is for judge to determine if there a reasonable grounds to schedule and proceed in court with trial.
