RE:Well under 3 monthsI would go out on a limb and say he is waiting for one of the many potential clients to sign a contract before announcing it. I suppose there could be some other explanation, NDA, waiting for QE, etc. But the most likely reason is no one has signed yet. Until a signing is announced, I expect to see further erosion of the stock price, even with quarter end coming.
