Victoria Gold Corp. is a gold mining company. The Company’s flagship asset is its 100% owned Dublin Gulch property, which hosts the Eagle, Olive and Raven gold deposits along with numerous targets along the Potato Hills Trend including Nugget, Lynx and Rex Peso. Dublin Gulch is situated in the central Yukon, Canada, approximately 375 kilometers (km) north of the capital city of Whitehorse. The property covers an area of approximately 555 square kilometers and is the site of the Company's Eagle and Olive Gold Deposits. It also holds a suite of other development and exploration properties in the Yukon, including Brewery Creek, Clear Creek, Gold Dome and Grew Creek. The Eagle West target area lies as close as 500 meters northwest of the main Eagle Gold Deposit and hosts the exposures of the granodiorite. The Raven target is located at the contact zone at the extreme southeastern portion of the Nugget Stock. The Brewery Creek Project is a past producing heap leach gold mining operation.

RE:lot of noise

RE:lot of noiseThe high level of transparency!! How come S/H's were not told about the lawsuit until 3rd quarter. We still don't know anything about the status, or the potential resolution. S/H's have to wait 3-4 months for production numbers and changes in the guidance. This management has an abysmal record of transparency and it goes back years.
Although I agree the fundamentals of this company have not changed, the way in which the exec team treats the information to S/H's is disgusting. As stated in OCB's post we are speculating as to the OPs repairs status because no one knows. We are just hoping that they are close to done and normal production may, or may not resume soon. Why are the S/H's continually kept in the dark. Why can't someone on this team give out regular updates on status. Release monthly reports on production etc. Perhaps then S/H's could make informed decisions and Analysts may have something to talk about to enhance share price.
This team is paid a lot of money 12 months a year, to do maybe 6 months a year of work. As I have previously stated, we have a potentially huge resource yet cannot muster a drill program to properly explore it.
The current share price barely reflects the hard asset value and the cash held. There is no value in our share price for the resource or the fact that it is an operating entity. Especially when you look at what comparable multiples are on other operations. That to me is directly related to this teams lack of ability to operate efficiently in the eyes of the market, and their total inabaility to do any reasonable promotion through dissemination of information.
Even if Q4 has some positive production revelations. This team put the investing public into a place where it likely will have very little effect on value, particularly when we are going into winter shutdowns etc. The team has created nothing but doubt about their ability to meet any of the potential of this mine operation and production, and they have made zero attempts at trying to escalate their efforts through drilling to enhance value in such a promising resource.
The potential of this company is very good, the problem is the exec team is not.
