RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:STOPWhich part is fake Waste-on?  Everything I have stated is factual:

1. They are in default from a filing perspective - hence the MCTO and Nov 28th regulatory deadline
2. They do not have a physical headquarters (they list addresses that are not owned by RLV)
3. They do not have an executive team actually running the business: 
  - CEO is a consultant
  - CFO is part-time
  - Head of Marketing left over a year ago
  - Board of Directors down to two members

Please educate me!
