RE:SeNseiBle you seem to trust john let me be clear on this
John has a great. Track record. They also need personal capital. Underwriting via pp is one of the few ways juniors finance. For cost purposes and reality that there are no seasoned new issues. There has been no significant dollar values or share allotments traded and the only other means of financing would be large investors ie company investments similar to their private competitor. Would John hesitate to invest at these levels? Not for a double or quick flip but invest in what their two year plan was or invest in a revenue generating beast if this is where we are going? SaaS is the most lucrative approach to business these days especially once the ground work has been layed. So how close are we. Minimal disclosure to the revenue from each channel partner but the approach is smart as the clients are already lined up. Can they make this service effective and profitable. I would say so but they cannot on board quick enough in my opinion. This has another year at minimum to play out and I wonder how they compare to any similar provider in the eyes of their current and prospective clients. All u know is it makes sense to follow experience and proven track records. John has that and has not just sat in silence. How many warrants remain outstanding and at what strike and expiry?
